Each session is thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs and may include elements such as smudging, singing bowls, drumming, sacred music, chakra alignment, breathwork, cupping, hot stones, guided meditation, visualizations, intuitive readings and crystal therapy.
We will combine deep listening, intentional touch and spiritual awareness to release tension on a deeper level, clearing energetic blockages to support healing and restore harmony on every level – physical, emotional, and spiritual by helping you to reconnect with your inner self.
For all non-massage services ex. intuitive readings, guided meditations clients can be fully clothed on treatment table; otherwise clients will be undressed to their comfort level under the sheet and blanket for massage/energy treatment.
